New Project!!! - Asymmetrical Vest (pattern from Yarn Lady)!

Yay!  A new project to work on!

After all these booties and crochet bibs, I was seriously looking for a new project that would
  1. keep my attention
  2. not be teeny-tiny
I have a lot of UFO's lying around but, why finish those when I can start something new?!

;-)

This pattern is from my LYS and I love it!

It's so fast and easy!

Now... I'm not typically a 'vest' girl.

But I did think it was cute and I think I can funk it up my own way.  :)

I've finished the back so far...

And now I'm working on the right side...

The pattern didn't call for any specific yarn to use, so I'm using the Debbie Stoller Bamboo Ewe in Mercury, which I luv!!!

It's a gorgeous shade of blue-ish grey.

You know I love my taupey neutrals.

:)

  1. Where can I get a copy of this asymmetrical vest? My granddaughter 10 yrs. old wants one & I can't find one for her & then I found your page. Her birthday is February 22nd. I could possibly make her one if I had a simple pattern.
    Thank you,
